The title alone had me expecting something playful, but the fey twist on the “rock band” setup is what really hooked me—each story builds that sinister backdrop perfectly. I read through all thirteen in one sitting, and the jaded wit throughout kept every turn feeling fresh.

Picked this up expecting just another anthology, but the mix of rock-band lore and sinister fey twists caught me off guard. The jaded wit in the storytelling kept me turning pages well past midnight.

The stories have a sharp, clever edge that kept me turning pages, though a couple of the darker tales felt a bit rushed. I wish there were more of the sinister fey angle, but the jaded wit is consistent throughout.
