吃得像它很重要

Reading this after months of volunteering at a community garden, and the sections on mutual aid really landed for me—it’s rare to find something that connects the personal act of cooking to the bigger political picture so clearly. The writing is dense but never preachy, and I’ve already lent my copy

I’ve been gardening for years and this booklet finally connected my growing efforts to the bigger picture of mutual aid and food justice. The practical tips on cooking with what’s in season feel immediately useful, not preachy.

This booklet finally puts into words what I've been feeling about food for years, tying together cooking, growing, and mutual aid in a way that feels actionable. It's dense but not overwhelming, perfect for anyone trying to navigate this broken food system.
