We used these cards on a long car ride and the conversations flowed way more naturally than I expected, the prompts really dig deeper than small talk. The box is compact enough to toss in a glove compartment too.

The questions are surprisingly good at cutting through small talk—we pulled a card after dinner and ended up talking for an hour about things we'd never brought up before. The deck feels sturdy too, so it should survive plenty of shuffling.

We've been using one card a night after dinner, and it's already pulled out stories we've never told each other in five years. The questions are specific enough to skip the small talk but gentle enough that neither of us feels cornered.
